Cole Calfee

Cole Calfee (b. 1994, Jackson, MS) is an artist and designer from Tennessee.

Cole's work spans painting, illustration, design, and creative direction, with past projects for Freeman Construction, Humn Capital—building brands such as The Hotel Perle in New Orleans, Petty Ranch Inn in Utah, and The Bygone Hotel near Austin, Texas—as well as Scout Motors, Musee Bath, Joseph Martin, Kashus Culpepper, Corey Kent, ERNEST, Elevation Church, and others. Each fall, he contributes a weekly sketch to The Poor Man’s Game Notes.

A graduate of The University of Georgia (BBA, 2017), Cole began his career with The Whitener Company, where he worked on the production of The Last Movie Star, Burt Reynolds’ final film. In 2021, he shifted his focus entirely to art and design.

Cole offers additional creative services by request, including art/creative direction, consulting, and custom commissions.
